Verification Process and Trust Level for a Single User

The verification of an individual (single user) is the procedure used to ascertain the identity and geographical position of an individual signed up for Helperbit.

The verification of an individual is a discretionary process, decided by the user. There are different levels of verification, which correspond to specific Trust Levels.
When a calamity happens, the completion of this step allows donors to know the Trust Level of a user that lives near the affected area and that probably needs help. The procedure is divided into several stages and is aimed at preventing fraudsters from collecting non-legitimate donations.

For donors: directly help those who have been truly affected by a natural disaster.
For beneficiaries: the opportunity to be automatically included in the list of possible beneficiaries affected by a catastrophe, immediately after that the event has occurred.

Two aspects are taken into account: Verification of identity and verification of geographical position.

La verificación de un individuo (usuario particular) es el procedimiento que permite comprobar la identidad y la posición geográfica de una persona física inscrita en Helperbit.

La verificación de un individuo particular es un proceso facultativo, a discreción del usuario. Existen diferentes niveles de verificación, a los que les corresponde un respectivo trust level.
En caso de que se presente una calamidad, la ejecución de este paso permite a los donantes saber, con un cierto nivel de certeza proporcional al trust level, que un usuario vive en la cercanía de la zona afectada y que, por lo tanto, muy probablemente necesite ayuda. El procedimiento está dividido en más de un estadio y se dedica a impedir que los estafadores recojan donaciones no legítimas.

Para quien dona: ayudar directamente a quien se ha visto realmente afectado por una calamidad natural.
Para quien recibe: la posibilidad de ser incluidos automáticamente en la lista de posibles beneficiarios afectados por un evento catastrófico inmediatamente después de la calamidad.

Se analizan dos aspectos: Verificación de la identidad y verificación de la posición geográfica.

La verifica di un individuo (utente singolo) è la procedura che permette di accertare l’identità e la posizione geografica di una persona fisica iscritta ad Helperbit.

La verifica di un singolo individuo è un processo facoltativo, a discrezione dell’utente. Esistono diversi livelli di verifica, a cui corrisponde un corrispettivo trust level.
Il completamento di questo passaggio permette ai donatori, in caso si presenti una calamità, di sapere con un livello di certezza proporzionale al trust level che un utente vive in prossimità dell’area colpita e che quindi molto probabilmente necessita di aiuto. La procedura è divisa su più stadi ed è volta ad impedire ai truffatori di raccogliere donazioni non legittime.

Per chi dona: aiutare direttamente chi è stato realmente colpito da una calamità naturale.
Per chi riceve: la possibilità di essere inseriti automaticamente nella lista dei possibili beneficiari colpiti da un evento catastrofico immediatamente dopo l’avvenuta calamità.
