Beaches

Last night I got an urge to visit the beach I spent my summers on in my youth, during the sunrise. I sat there onky for a half an hour and took it all in.

Sometimes LIFE is like being caught in a storm. Sometimes we get so caught up in the misery, the darkness, the wind, the rain that we allow this to take over our lives. We are trudging through the storm. We believe that if we can JUST get through the storm, we’ll make it to our destination. It’s chaos. BUT if we stopped a moment. Felt the rain hit our face, the wind against our skin, the light from The Sun trying to break through the clouds, find shelter just to take it all in and in that moment of stillness I think you would smile, Be Happy and greatful for all around, embracing the storm.

For we control our inner storms, once we understand this we can control how we percieve them.

What this means. Even when the world outside of us is in the storm. We simply need to stop and look within, be conscious and aware of what’s going on around, to simply see the beauty in it all. The stillness. Taking the positive from it all and reaching within to find the happiness all around us

Than once we have our bearings about us, a smile on our face. We can continue through the storm again with more happiness and an even greater purpose.
