The day that you realize

In a strange country, you live with someone that you think she is your friend. K is her name. We come from the same countries, we suppose to have lots of common ground until I found out every things she told me is lie. My emotion broke, the sky collapsed because I was betrayed by someone that I trusted. However, time goes, and I have to move on. I chose to keep silence due to the fact that my lease will not end until the end of summer, and the fact that we live in the same room. What would you do if she told you that you should not hang out with these friends, and she played with them. What would you do if she told you that you should not enroll in this course because it is bullshit, then she registered that class in secret. One of the funny thing is that I believe in her, and listen to her “advice”, and let many chances go. Angry, sad, jealous … all of that now become nothing. The reason is simple because now she is nothing, and when I look at the evidence of her continuous lies, I just smile. The transformation of emotion is so scary, the power of time can help people forget the hardest memories, which you think you cannot overcome like you find out your best friend is not good as you think. That is life. However, I can still find the light in the dark because my family is still on my side. They will support me no matter what, and I have my friends in my home country are waiting for me. When you are disappointed and hopeless, just remember that there are someone caring about you out there.
